TEC does 'Bake Off' For Macmillan cancer charity.

Staff Entries

The Bake Off came to Belgrave this week as Tamworth Enterprise College played host to a hugely successful Macmillan Coffee Morning. Staff and students joined forces to ensure that this year’s event was the most impressive yet, raising £568.70 for the cancer charity. There were 22 cakes baked by busy staff, which were sold after being judged by the academy’s own Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood – Mrs Macdonald and Mr Spears. This was followed by a staff raffle and the students own competition and cake sale.

20 students took to their mixing bowls and the results were every bit as impressive as the staff entries. The competition was won by brother and sister duo Francesca and Haden Owen; their huge gingerbread house was not only expertly decorated but also lit up!

The winning cake and the Champions!
