Mental Health Awareness




Mental Health Awareness Week was between 11th and 17th May. During this week Mr Spears has been promoting Mental Health Awareness in assemblies






To follow up his assembly here are the various pathways for advice:-

One way to help cope with mental health issues is to find time for 'mindfulness'; this leaflet  to help you follow this strategy . If you, or someone that you know is suffering from stress, anxiety or depression there are lots of people willing to listen and help.
